Work smarter and faster with Inphinity Forms 8.1
You have pinpointed bottlenecks, we have solved them!
The new version of your favourite writeback, Inphinity Forms, is here! In this release, we’ve focused on solving the bottlenecks and limitations that were shared with us from our partners and customers. The new version of Inphinity Forms enables you to work smarter and faster within your Qlik apps.
Inphinity Forms is a brilliant write-back, seamlessly integrated in Qlik. The ops team loved the concept of rapid and secure write-back and creating a clear evidence trail.

ASSOCIATIVE SELECT BOXES
If you use Inphinity Forms for surveys, defining simulation scenarios, or updating information about marketing campaigns, customers, products, you use some categorisations that can be linked to one another. If this is the case, the associated menu in select boxes will save you time, you will no longer need to search through all options.
TOTALS IN EDITABLE FIELDS
Autocalculated fields, showing you the most actual state even before you click the save button, have been here for a while. Totals in measures, too. And now, in the latest version there are Totals for editable fields, too. Just click the save button and you’ll see the updated total. Qlik native definition, update without a reload needed. Doesn’t it sound great? 😉
COMMENTING ENHANCEMENTS
When you subscribe for Inphinity Forms, you have the collaborative object commenting extension included. It’s just another type of writeback. Many of you have started using it across your Qlik Sense environment to discuss, ask questions, and share directly where the data is – in the Qlik app. With a high amount of comments, new features are here so that you don’t get lost in the information. From text formatting to URL links through to chatting threads!
COPY AND PASTE FROM SPREADSHEETS
Yes, the Inphinity Forms extension helps you to get rid of spreadsheets. However, we all know that for ad-hoc flexible calculation and changes, we all open a spreadsheet. Therefore, based on your feedback, we’ve made it easier to transfer data from spreadsheets to a Qlik app. With this version, you can easily copy & paste data into Inphinity Forms.
